Once your application has been approved and we send your invitation you will be required to put deposit for your booth plus pay the West Virginia Health Department temporary tattoo license fee which is $100 per studio. We will take care of filing paperwork with the Ohio County Wheeling, WV health department.
West Virginia requires you to have the following supplies:
- Gloves
- Single use razors
- Single use ink cups
- Disposable tubes and needles - must have a good expiration date
- Single use paper stencils
- Antimicrobial solution
